Product images are for reference. Packaging, labels, color, size, or design may change depending on supplier updates, batch changes, or manufacturer revisions. We do our best to keep product information accurate and updated.

4. Orders

When you place an order on Yarep Store, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

• We may cancel or refuse an order if product information, price, stock, address, payment, or order details are incorrect or incomplete.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance if an issue is later found.

All prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. Product prices, offers, delivery costs, and promotions may change without prior notice.

The final payable amount, including delivery cost if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

• Accepted payment options may include online payment, card payment, or cash on delivery where available.
• Cash on delivery may not be available for all products, locations, or order values.
• Payment approval may be required before processing the order.
• If payment fails or is declined, the order may not be processed.

6. Shipping, Handling Time & Delivery Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within supported locations in the United Arab Emirates. There is no minimum order value.

Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (Dubai, UTC+4). Orders received before the cut-off on Monday–Saturday are prepared and handed to the courier the same business day (0 handling days). Orders received after the cut-off, on Sunday or on a public holiday are handled on the next working day.

Transit: 0–1 business days, Monday–Saturday. Estimated overall delivery time is 0–1 business days for orders received before the cut-off on a working day. Cut-off times, Sundays and public holidays affect the estimated arrival date.

Delivery is available only to addresses supported at checkout. An incomplete address, inability to reach the customer or an exceptional courier disruption can delay delivery. Contact support if your delivery is delayed.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Please provide complete delivery details and be available to receive the order. Contact support if a delivery attempt fails. Standard shipping is free; the return costs and process follow our Returns Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be new, unused and unopened. Eligible returns are free using the prepaid label included in the package, with no restocking fee. Exchanges are not accepted. 9. Promotions & Offers

Promotions, discount codes, bundles, free delivery offers, and sale prices may be subject to conditions, expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions, and stock availability.

We reserve the right to correct, cancel, or update any offer if there is an error, misuse, or technical issue.

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. You must not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, copying content, uploading harmful code, or placing false orders.
