Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return window and condition

We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products.

14 calendar days from delivery; change-of-mind items must be new, unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Provide your order number or proof of purchase. Include the packaging, labels and supplied accessories. For an item that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, contact support with details and photos so we can assess the issue; the unopened condition for change-of-mind returns does not prevent you from reporting a defect discovered when opening the package.

2. Return method, label and fees

Returns are accepted by mail or courier using the return label supplied with your order.

Returns are free for eligible defective and non-defective products. A prepaid return label is included in the original package. No restocking fee is charged.

Contact support before sending the item so we can identify the order and confirm the return instructions. If the label is missing or damaged, contact us for assistance.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. You may request an eligible return and refund, then place a separate order for another item.

4. Refund processing

Within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned product, including inspection and refund processing.

We inspect the return and notify you of the outcome. For an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds: For cash-on-delivery orders, contact support to arrange the refund payment details.

5. Order cancellation

Contact us to request cancellation before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, use the return process above after delivery. Eligible returns are subject to the free-return terms above.

6. Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping is free on all orders within supported locations in the United Arab Emirates. There is no minimum order value.

Order cut-off: 5:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (Dubai, UTC+4). Orders received before the cut-off on Monday–Saturday are prepared and handed to the courier the same business day (0 handling days). Orders received after the cut-off, on Sunday or on a public holiday are handled on the next working day.

Transit: 0–1 business days, Monday–Saturday. Estimated overall delivery time is 0–1 business days for orders received before the cut-off on a working day. Cut-off times, Sundays and public holidays affect the estimated arrival date.

Delivery is available only to addresses supported at checkout. An incomplete address, inability to reach the customer or an exceptional courier disruption can delay delivery. Contact support if your delivery is delayed.
